DYNAMIC MOTION is hiring a full-time Event Manager for events, exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activations.
The stated work location is Dubai, UAE.
The role requires managing multiple projects from concept through completion.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and special events.
- Coordinate client requirements, objectives, and budgets.
- Prepare event plans, timelines, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchasing, logistics, and installation teams.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and event service providers.
- Oversee venue arrangements, permits, equipment, materials, and logistics.
- Ensure production and installation meet approved designs and timelines.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and supplier quotations.
- Supervise on-site setup, execution, dismantling, and handover.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality, safety, and client service standards.
- Prepare progress reports and post-event evaluations.
