Role Overview
INSEAD is seeking a Programme Manager, Executive Degrees for its Degree Programmes department.
The position supports delivery of the GEMBA Flex programme and other degree programmes at the Abu Dhabi campus.
This is a full-time, temporary 9-month contract based at the Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi.
The role follows a hybrid model with 3 days on campus and 2 days from home, with on-campus presence required during programme delivery periods.

Role overview
INSEAD is seeking a Programme Manager, Executive Degrees for its Degree Programmes department.

Before programme delivery
- Coordinate pre-programme preparation across internal departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional participant experience.
- Manage programme communications and participant onboarding, including schedules, learning platforms, accommodation, travel, assessments, and logistics.
- Manage external vendors and service providers, including contracts, service quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with programme objectives.
- Coordinate faculty requirements and prepare virtual learning activities, including online scheduling, platform testing, and participant access to resources.
