Overview

A leading Abu Dhabi-based organisation is seeking an experienced Events Content Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how its strategy, priorities and achievements are communicated through world-class events.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a senior communications professional to join a well-resourced and influential organisation, working at the intersection of content, brand and corporate communications.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Events, the role will lead the development and execution of event content strategy across major corporate events — from flagship global gatherings to high-profile internal engagements — while managing a small team and overseeing relationships with external agencies and production partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated event content strategies aligned to corporate objectives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across every event touchpoint.

Event Content Strategy, Narrative Development and Production

The role will oversee the full lifecycle of event content — from concept and narrative development through to production and delivery of presentations, videos and multimedia materials.

The Events Content Lead will be accountable for translating complex organisational priorities into clear, resonant narratives, maintaining brand integrity across all output, and continuously evaluating and improving content effectiveness.

Senior Stakeholder Management And Agency Partnerships

Alongside content strategy and production, the role will require close collaboration with senior communications leadership and cross-functional teams to gather insight and align on content requirements.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with external agencies, consultants and production vendors, ensuring delivery to the highest standards, and will represent the organisation in relevant external forums and events.

Skills And Experience Required

This position requires a seasoned communications professional who is equally comfortable developing strategic narratives and overseeing their execution in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

Candidates should bring significant experience within large-scale organisations, ideally with complex communications functions, alongside a strong understanding of corporate communications and brand storytelling.

Key Requirements Include

  • Proven expertise in corporate communications strategy and the ability to translate strategic priorities into compelling event content
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience advising and working alongside senior executives
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors and production partners
  • A creative and innovative approach to content and storytelling, with the ability to identify new ways of working
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
