Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex event data processes and maintain data integrity within the departmental database
- Lead systems and workflow improvements for the Ceremonies and Events department
- Oversee event related data configuration, reporting, registration systems, and post event reconciliation
- Provide training and functional guidance to staff on data systems
- Support delivery of university ceremonies and high profile events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, or related field
- Two years of related experience in project management or data management
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, including Blackbaud CRM
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem solving skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or Communications) and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Good knowledge of University policies and procedures and Freedom of Information/Protection of Privacy Act regulations.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, including Blackbaud CRM and advanced Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound problem solving skills.
