Job Summary
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and project activities.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver projects smoothly within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project and event activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Track timelines, deliverables, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, service providers, logistics, procurement, and setup.
- Prepare project documents, reports, checklists, and status updates.
- Support on-site setup, event coordination, troubleshooting, and dismantling.
- Communicate with clients about requirements and progress.
- Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and event specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with corporate or government events, exhibitions, or conferences.
