Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day project and event activities with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers for logistics, procurement, and setup requirements
- Prepare project documentation, reports, checklists, and status updates
- Support on site event operations including setup, coordination, troubleshooting, and dismantling
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and event specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in corporate/government events, exhibitions, or conferences (preferred)
- Vendor management and negotiation skills (preferred)
