Role overview
JLL is seeking an Event Coordinator to support community engagement at a dynamic mixed-use compound in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports community events, resident activities, and weekend programming from planning through completion.
The coordinator works with the Event Planner, Community Engagement Manager, vendors, suppliers, residents, and internal departments.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of event coordination or event support experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
Event coordination
- Assist with coordinating and executing compound events, activations, and community programs.
- Prepare timelines, checklists, operational documents, setup diagrams, and space configurations.
- Coordinate equipment delivery, setup schedules, vendor arrivals, and pre-event site inspections.
- Provide on-site support for setup, registration, guest services, activities, and volunteers.
