Role Overview
- Craft unique, immersive event concepts reflecting client brand identity.
- Blend creativity with strategic thinking to develop event storylines and aesthetics.
Concept Development & Strategy
- Attend client briefings to understand vision and objectives.
- Develop and present creative event concepts including themes and visual direction.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Prepare event strategy decks with mood boards and experiential touchpoints.
- Create visually compelling proposals.
Client & Vendor Relations
- Lead creative presentations with clients.
- Work with production teams to ensure concepts are executable.
- Research and recommend AV, décor, and set design partners.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors.
Planning & Execution
- Lead team to translate concepts into visual assets.
- Create mood boards, spatial layouts, and design decks.
- Supervise spatial planning, stage design, and guest flow.
- Oversee setup and installation phases.
- Ensure adherence to safety and venue requirements.
Performance & Growth
- Evaluate concept performance through post event analysis.
- Stay updated on global event design trends.
- Drive creative innovation with AI powered tools.
- Contribute to business growth of events department.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Event Design, Event Management, Marketing, or Visual Communication.
- 5 7 years of experience in event concept design, experiential marketing, or creative direction.
- Proven experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
- Strong vendor and industry network across the region.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset).

Technical Proficiencies

- Presentation: PowerPoint, Keynote, Notion, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Event Planning Software: Cvent, Social Tables, AllSeated (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, or ChatGPT.
