Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for the evening meal service, including dinner and snacks, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Manage food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and prepare meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Participate in meal delivery and service, ensuring prompt and timely delivery of meals to residents

Requirements

• Long-term care experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Food safety certification required
