Wize is seeking an EV Motorcycle Battery Expert to oversee battery performance, safety, and lifecycle management for electric motorcycles in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing battery issues, managing battery-swapping processes, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize battery usage.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance, safety, and lifecycle management of electric motorcycle batteries.
- Diagnose battery issues, perform inspections and tests, and optimize battery usage to extend life and maintain reliability.
- Manage battery swapping processes and monitor charging infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams, analyze performance data, and implement maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical guidance to service staff and partners, and recommend improvements to battery systems.
- Support product development and train team members on best practices in battery handling and diagnostics.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in lithium ion and other EV battery technologies, including battery chemistry, thermal management, and lifecycle optimization.
- Practical experience with battery diagnostics, testing equipment, fault analysis, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of EV powertrain systems, including BMS, charging infrastructure, and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to interpret technical data, performance metrics, and system logs to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Experience working in workshop or field environments, with hands on skills in assembling, handling, and replacing battery packs safely.
- Understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency, and regulations related to EVs and hazardous materials handling.
- Clear, concise communication skills for collaborating with engineering, operations, and non technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work on site in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
