Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an EV & Mechatronic Technician.
The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicles and mechatronic systems.
Daily tasks include troubleshooting and resolving electronic, mechanical, and software-related issues, performing routine maintenance checks, and maintaining detailed records of all work performed.
Additionally, the technician will ensure that all safety standards are adhered to and will collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical vehicle (EV) systems, mechatronics, and related components.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills to disassemble, inspect, and repair complex systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools and software used in mechatronics and EV systems.
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with electronic and hybrid vehicle technologies, is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other technicians and stakeholders efficiently.
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Formal qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field, are preferred but not required if compensated by relevant work experience.
