EUC Technician

Major Qualifications

• 1. 3+ years of experience with NOC\Desktop Support (Level 2 and 3)
• 2. Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently
• and with a team in a highly customer-focused environment
• 3. A solid understanding of Windows desktops\laptops
• 4. A solid understanding of Windows Printing
• 5. Basic understanding of VPN Connections
• 6. Must understand SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and where applicable discuss and review within the team\end user.
• 7. Organization skills a must
• 8. Computer-related certifications are a plus
• 9. Bachelor’s degree in technical field; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 10. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
• 11. Knowledge of monitoring technologies\methods relating to IT
• 12. Strong understanding of IT Systems as well as strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills are needed to perform this job successfully
• 13. Strong project skills required, specifically the ability to maintain focus and complete projects with multi-month timeframes
• 14. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• 15. Ability to think logically and visualize abstract concepts
• 16. Strong interpersonal skills
• 17. Ability to clearly communicate technical information to individuals at all levels of the organization and with vendors
• 18. Ability to work under pressure
• 19. Ability to work under own timelines-direction
• 20. Ability to work varying hours. Sometimes includes evening and additional weekend work
• 21. Job will be full time on-site.
• 22. Job will require daily travel to remote branches.
• 23. Core hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
