The EU Expert Digital Solutions Manager drives the deployment, adoption, and value realization of digital solutions across Europe. The role is built around three pillars: partnering with Global Digital teams to align on EU business needs and lead the rollout of new tools & solutions; maximizing the performance, adoption, and commercial impact of existing digital tools such as IntelliDish and IntelliLinen; and advancing the practical application of AI by focusing on business value, user adoption, and productivity improvements.

• Serve as the EU liaison to Global Digital Solutions, translating business needs into roadmap priorities.
• Align global strategy with EU market needs and lead rollout planning, prioritisation, go-to-market readiness, change management, adoption tracking, and training.
• Coordinate regional and cluster teams to ensure consistent implementation and adoption across Europe.
• Maintain strong EU-to-Global feedback loops to enhance solutions.
• Own the European strategy, adoption, performance, and usage of solutions such as IntelliDish and IntelliLinen.
• Analyse platform data to create quantified customer and sales value propositions.
• Develop benchmarks and dashboards demonstrating efficiency, cost savings, operational improvement, and sustainability impact.
• Scale best practices and embed digital solutions into commercial value-selling discussions with Sales and Experts.
• Identify AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes, efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
