We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-out projects to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Review tender documents and support bid submissions
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC standards, authority requirements, and mall regulations
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost risks.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC market rates and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Emails.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
