Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQ from drawings and specifications
- Analyze drawings to identify required materials and quantities
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project quotations
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
- Review project requirements and suggest cost effective solutions
- Track and update material prices and market trends
- Assist in tender submissions and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit out/construction estimation
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of materials, market rates, and suppliers in UAE
- Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software
