Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
The role involves cost estimation, project planning, and ensuring successful project execution within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and review tender documents and drawings.
- Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Evaluate quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
