Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit out projects
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
- Assist in tender and bid preparation, including cost breakdowns and submission documents
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to meet budgets and deadlines
- Monitor project costs and work within budget, providing cost saving solutions when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in estimating and procurement within the Joinery & Fit Out industry
- Strong understanding of cutting lists, materials, and technical aspects of joinery and fit out work
- Proficiency with estimation software and MS Excel
- Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred

The Role
- This is a hands on, dual function position split equally between office design work and active site presence.
- You will support project cost estimation, procurement & tracking from concept through handover, working directly with Project Engineers and management team on live fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities
