Olivera Landscape seeks an experienced Estimator with 6-8 years in the landscape industry to lead tender submissions, cost estimation, and subcontractor management for large-scale projects in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of tender submissions from initial analysis to final negotiation and submission
- Build tender prices from first principles based on project scope, plans, and specifications
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage subcontractor selection process including soliciting bids and bid day analysis
- Provide value engineering solutions and manage technical clarifications
- Facilitate seamless transition from estimation to project execution
- Maintain accurate project data using Timberline
Requirements
- Minimum 6 8 years of professional experience specifically within the Landscape industry
- Proven experience in handling large scale, prestigious landscape projects
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC)
- Candidates currently based in Qatar preferred
