Role Overview
Prompt Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Estimator for interior fit-out and renovation works.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant estimating experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Take off quantities from drawings and prepare material and labor cost calculations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator in interior fit-out or interior decoration.
- Good knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, MEP, and construction works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
