Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates by analyzing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Present prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintain cost database by entering and backing up data
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 4 6 years fit out experience in UAE
- Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design or equivalent
- Proficient in English language
- Experience in material management
- Experience in managing and sourcing interior fit out suppliers
- Good knowledge of fit out suppliers and subcontractors in local market and overseas
- Multitasking and ability to work with more than one project
- Effective communication skills and technically sound
