About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit out projects based on BOQs, drawings, and specifications
- Analyze project requirements, materials, labour, and timelines to produce competitive quotations
- Review and interpret technical drawings and tender documents
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices for materials and services
- Assist the project and sales teams in pricing, tender submissions, and post tender clarifications
- Maintain and update a database of prices and vendor contacts
- Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering options when required
- Track project costs and variations throughout the lifecycle of the project
Requirements
- Minimum 4 5 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in the interior design or fit out industry
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market pricing within the UAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- JR Interior Design, a part of the well established Joga Ram Group, is a leading interior fit out firm based in Dubai.
- We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
