Estimator – ELV And CCTV Systems
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Estimator** to join our growing team at **Zoom In Security Solutions (MOI Approved Security Company – Qatar)**.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements
- Develop BOQ and quotation for ELV / CCTV / security system projects
- Review tender documents and identify scope of work and requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and technical data
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare competitive pricing proposals
- Work closely with sales and technical teams for solution design
- Ensure accuracy in costing and compliance with project requirements
- Support tender submissions and follow-up activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in ELV / CCTV / MEP estimation
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and structured cabling
- Good understanding of Qatar market pricing and MOI requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong skills in Excel and estimation tools
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
