Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit out projects based on drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and technical specifications.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed pricing for materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tendering stages.
- Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and bid documentation.
- Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain updated cost databases and pricing records.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Support project handover to execution teams after award.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit out Estimator in interior fit out/construction projects.
- Looking for Immediate Joiners.
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
