Service Restoration is looking to hire a full-time professional estimator to join their Construction - Rebuild team in Bloomington, MN .

As an estimator you will be primarily responsible for coordinating the job estimate in a manner that will be profitable to the company as well as legitimate to the insurance or payment providers and fair to the customers.

The estimator ensures the company will receive appropriate compensation for each job by assessing each job, creating estimates, coordinating with the company staff, subcontractors, vendors, insurance companies, clients and others to facilitate the efficiency and profitability of each job from start to finish.

This position is essential to coordinate the operational, administrative, and financial viability of jobs on an individual basis.

This position will be in close contact with the appropriate teams regarding work performed, supplements, and completion status.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, may occasionally require extended hours and weekends.

Salary: $60,000- $65,000 with bonuses!
