Role Overview
HKZ Interiors is hiring an Estimator with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery works.
The role supports turnkey interior projects from pricing through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
- Study drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities to prepare accurate pricing.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams.
- Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist with budget planning and cost control during project execution.
- Support tender submissions and variations.
Requirements
- Mandatory UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery estimation.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery details.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications accurately.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
