Role Overview
The company is seeking an Estimator for aluminium and glass works.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for aluminium and glass works.
- Review drawings, bills of quantities, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate quantities, material costs, labour, installation, and other project expenses.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to prepare competitive quotations.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor prices.
- Prepare quotation revisions and follow up on submitted quotations.
- Maintain records of quotations and project costing.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, timely, and commercially competitive.
Requirements
- Capability to prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for aluminium and glass works.
- Capability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Capability to calculate quantities, material costs, labour, installation, and other project expenses.
- Capability to compare supplier and subcontractor prices and maintain quotation records.
