Overview
Analyze, prepare and coordinate administrative, technical & commercial (proposals).
Manage an effective document control system ensuring documentation is properly registered, circulated and easily accessible.
Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the contract and tendering section and that is aware of any clarifications, qualifications and exceptions.
Provide monthly feedback on tender submissions and the status.
Aware of all Tendering Platforms such as ADM, ADDC, SAP ARIBA etc.
Responsible for organizing all activities of a Middle Management
After the Tenders have been finalized, make the submittals for Clients.
Correspondences For Client And Consultant And Suppliers
Keep the records of Inward /Outward correspondence
Documentation through Filenet
Ensure that all Tenders and bids are executed according to Tender Process and Internal requirements with Tender Milestones and Tender review Meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi
