Support project estimation and technical activities for civil and structural projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost calculations.
- Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
