Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite Estimation Officer role based in Jiddah.
The role prepares cost estimates for fire protection systems and related safety equipment from drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
Core Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, and scopes of work.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Support technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and clients.
- Assist with value engineering and maintain estimation databases and pricing records.
- Participate in client meetings, clarify technical queries, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
