Role Definition
Lead project estimation and pre-contract commercial management for major EPC civil and infrastructure projects.
The role supports projects valued above 1 billion, with average project values of approximately 500 million AED.
The position is within the Tendering and Commercial department and reports to tendering, commercial, or project leadership.
Main Duties
- Lead multidisciplinary estimation teams for large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
- Develop pre-contract commercial strategies and tender approaches.
- Prepare cost plans, bid strategies, proposals, and risk assessments.
- Apply knowledge of UAE and GCC markets, procurement methods, subcontractor pricing, and supplier networks.
- Work with FIDIC and UAE contract forms.
- Perform financial analysis, project feasibility, cash-flow, and risk-management activities.
Required Experience
- 18–20 years of construction experience in civil infrastructure cost estimation, tendering, or commercial functions.
- At least 8 years in a senior estimating leadership position for EPC civil infrastructure projects.
- Relevant experience in the UAE and GCC countries.
