Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Manager to join our team and lead all commercial, estimation, and procurement functions across our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid background in fit-out or construction projects.

Responsibilities

· Manage the full commercial cycle of projects from pre-contract to post-contract stages

· Lead the estimation process including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, pricing,

and preparation of technical and commercial proposals

· Review tender documents, identify risks, prepare clarifications, and ensure accurate

tender submissions

· Develop and maintain cost databases, pricing structures, and market benchmarks

· Manage procurement activities including supplier identification, negotiation,

evaluation, and finalization of purchase orders and subcontracts

· Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and finance to ensure proper cost

control and budget monitoring

· Prepare and review subcontract agreements, variations, claims, and change orders

· Monitor project commercial performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms

· Conduct financial forecasting, cash-flow planning, and preparation of commercial

reports

· Review invoices, progress payments, and ensure proper documentation and approval

procedures

· Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors

· Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and market

standards

· Support management in strategic planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations

Requirements

:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial or contracts role within the fit-out or construction industry

· Strong background in estimation, procurement, and commercial management

· Proven experience in pricing, tendering, contract administration, and cost control

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

· Solid understanding of supply chain, market pricing, and contractual frameworks

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders and projects simultaneously

· Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
