Estimation & Fabrication Coordinator

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical project coordination, project engineering, fabrication support, mechanical construction, and/or industrial construction.

Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems and equipment, including piping systems, boilers, HVAC systems, compressors, pumps, and related mechanical utilities.

Experience in procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and supporting technical evaluation of vendors and bids.

Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications, piping standards, and industrial construction practices.

Experience with ERP or project management systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Procore.

Proven ability to develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, cost information, and project controls.

Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
