We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our fit-out team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the commercial team in securing and executing projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for fit-out and interior projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Review tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures
- Work closely with the commercial, procurement, and project teams
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and tender documents
- Maintain updated cost databases and supplier records
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out/interior projects (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
