Position Overview
Corporate Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Tender Executive for interior design and fit-out projects.
The role prepares estimates, BOQs, tender documents, pricing proposals, and bids while coordinating with design teams, vendors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for commercial, corporate, residential, and retail interior projects.
- Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess scope.
- Obtain and compare vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Draft and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate material selection and quantity take-offs with design and project teams.
- Maintain tender, pricing, and awarded-project records.
- Assist with value engineering, submission follow-up, and negotiations.
