We are currently seeking a qualified
Estimation Engineer (Mep)
- to join our team.
- ***Job Functions:***
- Review tender BOQ and perform quantity take-offs while soliciting competitive quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
- Develop preliminary cost estimates using design knowledge of HVAC, water, drainage, and fire fighting based on architectural drawings.
- Prepare a tender study report by analyzing the scope of work.
- Implement the tender strategy as directed by the proposals/estimation manager.
- Establish required direct cost resources for project execution activities.
- Compile technical and commercial bid documents, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.
- Assist in post-tender negotiations and participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits for project analysis.
- ***Qualifications:***
- Mechanical Engineering background
- 4–6 years of experience in UAE
- Only candidates with experience from
- pure Construction/MEP companies

Estimation Department
