Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit out and civil projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to perform detailed quantity take offs
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive cost estimates
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Conduct market research on material costs, labor rates, and industry pricing trends
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimation records
- Assist in vendor negotiations and value engineering initiatives
- Prepare estimation reports and support project budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
- 2 3 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost estimation
- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take offs, and cost analysis
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and interior fit out processes
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities
