Everest Metal Industries seeks an Estimation Engineer to support cost analysis for cable trays, ladders, trunking, and steel structures. The role involves quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, ERP data management, and coordination with production and sales.

Responsibilities
- Perform material take offs from 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare comprehensive BOQs and BOMs
- Manage data entry and job cards in the ERP system
- Calculate material, labor, and fabrication costs
- Maintain records of drawings, project specs, and historical pricing
- Liaise with Production and Sales to align estimates with manufacturing capabilities
Requirements
- 3 5 years of estimation experience in cable management or steel fabrication in the UAE
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), and ERP systems
- Familiarity with steel grades (Mild steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum)
- Knowledge of finishing & coatings (HDG, Pre Galvanized, Powder Coating, Painting)
- Understanding of corrosion protection methods and cable management standards
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Role Summary
