Role Overview
The Estimation Engineer will prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for construction and interior projects.
The role coordinates with design, procurement, and project teams to support cost control and feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
- Evaluate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Track cost variations and update estimates accordingly.
Requirements
- Diploma, BE, or BTech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of estimation software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 per month.
