Role Overview
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and building projects.
The role requires knowledge of estimation, costing, material calculations, and project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or an ITI Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or building industry.
- Good knowledge of construction estimation and costing.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates and quotations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate material, labour, and other project costs.
- Prepare bills of quantities and assist with project budgeting.
- Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.
- Compare supplier quotations and support cost evaluation.
- Maintain accurate estimation and costing records.
Compensation
- Salary is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
