- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and technical proposals
- Review and coordinate MEP design drawings with consultants and project teams
- Resolve technical queries and ensure design coordination between office and site teams
- Support value engineering, design optimization, and pre construction planning
- Coordinate material specifications and authority requirements
Requirements
- Experience in MEP estimation and design coordination
- Knowledge of tender documents and technical proposals
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements
