Role Overview
Prepare project estimates, costing, quotations, billing, and cost tracking for construction-related work.
The role is listed in Bangalore and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Study client RFQs, scope, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed project cost estimates.
- Maintain costing sheets and compare estimated, actual, and projected costs.
- Issue vendor and subcontractor RFQs and obtain quotations.
- Compare quotations, prepare comparison statements, negotiate rates, and prepare cost sheets.
- Build client selling prices, margins, and commercial submissions.
- Prepare measurements, RA bills, running bills, variations, and final billing.
- Quantify and price additional or variation work.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in BOQ preparation, project costing, or RFQs.
- Relevant background in interiors, retail fit-outs, fabrication, signage, or construction execution is preferred.
Skills
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
