Position Overview
SSV Engineering and Manpower Services is hiring an MEP Billing Engineer specializing in plumbing for a reputed client.
The position is based in Mumbai, with project sites potentially located across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare and verify RA bills and client bills using actual site measurements.
- Check work execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify BOQs, estimates, drawings, and approved quantities against executed work.
- Prepare measurement sheets, quantity calculations, and billing documents.
- Identify quantity variations, additional works, and deviations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure billing is accurate and supported by proper site records.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in MEP or plumbing billing and site execution.
- Strong experience in plumbing MEP works and knowledge of BOQ, estimation, measurement, and billing.
- Ability to read and understand MEP and plumbing drawings.
- Experience preparing RA bills and measurement sheets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.
