Job Description

MaxZain Trading Qatar is seeking an experienced **Estate Manager / Property Manager** to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our property portfolio, ensuring optimal operations and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management.
**Skills:**
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and management best practices.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and maintenance of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to address property issues promptly.
Manage lease agreements, tenant relations, and occupancy levels.
Prepare financial reports and budgets related to property management.
