- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases, acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements traceability
- Drive change management by documenting, assessing impact, and communicating changes
- Ensure alignment of requirements across business and technical teams throughout project lifecycles
- Support change requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and project scope
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring requirements are met in final deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, with focus on requirements alignment and change management
- Hands on experience with the Skadina platform
- Strong skills in gathering and aligning business requirements with technical solutions
- Experience in QA processes, testing support, and ensuring requirements traceability

Role Overview
