Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports preferred
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment and support team goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and support skills
• Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
• Insurance background, particularly in Commercial Auto, Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims, preferred but not required

• The base salary range for the role is $73,000 to $107,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
