Develop and support
Custom Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Integrations Workflow Solutions (RICEW Components)
Migration & Upgrade Projects
Lead technical activities for:
Oracle EBS upgrades Oracle Cloud migration projects Legacy system migrations to Oracle ERP Data conversion and reconciliation activities
Prepare migration strategies, conversion mappings, and deployment plans. Ensure successful migration of master and transactional data with complete validation and reconciliation.
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through production deployment and hypercare support. Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, business users, and project managers. Review technical designs, code quality, and performance optimization. Mentor junior developers and technical team members.
Integration Development
Design and implement integrations using:
