Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Analyze business requirements, configure system enhancements, and support integrations
- Maintain data integrity and identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology
- Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources

Role Overview
- Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. is searching for an ERP Systems Analyst to join the technology team of a well established and growing manufacturing organization.
- This position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in the training of, and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring the system operates efficiently, securely, and effectively.
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to analyze business requirements, configure system enhancements, support integrations, maintain data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology.
- Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
- Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decision making throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify key performance indicators and reporting requirements while promoting best practices in data visualization and analytics.
Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and Power BI development.
- Experience supporting network systems, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, and ERP environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Salary
- Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is CAD 90,000 CAD 100,000.
- The hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
Workplace
- This role requires the ERP Systems Analyst to be on site. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.
