Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company's ERPNext system across key business functions
- Configure and customize ERPNext modules to meet operational requirements
- Support inventory management, procurement, sales, finance, and reporting processes
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows
- Coordinate system updates
- Provide user training and ongoing support to employees
- Troubleshoot ERP related issues and liaise with external consultants when necessary
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Proven hands on experience with ERPNext implementation, administration, or support
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail business operations
- Experience with Inventory, Buying, Selling, CRM, Accounting, and Reporting modules in ERPNext
- Knowledge of Frappe Framework customization is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical users
- Self motivated and capable of working independently

About Us
- We are a growing company seeking an experienced ERPNext professional to join our team for a six month contract.
- The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to optimize our ERPNext system, improve business processes, and support day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company's ERPNext system across key business functions.
- Configure and customize ERPNext modules to meet operational requirements.
- Support inventory management, procurement, sales, finance, and reporting processes.

Working Arrangement
- From the office, full time for a period of 6 months contract basis.
