Role overview
The role leads the design, customization, development, and implementation of a customized Odoo ERP system.
The solution must support the Group’s real estate, contracting, and construction operations and future growth.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and customization project.
- Analyze business processes across multiple business and corporate functions.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
- Design and customize Odoo modules, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and approvals.
- Lead custom module development and manage integrations, APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
- Oversee databases, data migration, validation, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Manage source code, repositories, branching, and deployment workflows using Git/GitHub.
- Establish processes, documentation, access controls, and system standards.
