Job Summary
We need a technical support / business analysis profile for our ERP system.
The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between support and development by analyzing issues and converting them into clear technical solutions and implementation requirements.This role is not purely customer support and not purely development.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking who can understand operational problems and convert them into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop the ERP system to optimize performance.
- Manage, extract, and analyze data using SQL.
- Provide assistance with JavaScript development as needed.
- Lead initiatives to improve technical processes and interdepartmental integration.
- Oversee data quality and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Strong ability to analyze problems and translate them into clear software solutions, workflows, required screens, or system changes that developers can implement directly.
- Strong SQL knowledge and ability to investigate database-related issues when needed.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, with the ability to read, modify, or write small pieces of code when necessary.
- Experience in technical support, assisting users/agents, troubleshooting issues, and configuring system settings and user setups.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Zoho and Salesforce platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Practical experience with JavaScript programming.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- High analytical skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions
